The fan makes a soft humming noise when in use, similar to a standard household fan. It’s not disruptive for everyday use, but you may hear it in very quiet environments.

Yes. The fan is built for extended use but we recommend giving it short breaks during very long sessions to extend lifespan.

Yes! You can upload your own pictures, videos, logos, or animations using the mobile app. Supported file formats are included in the user manual, and the app makes it easy to sync your content.

Our refund policy covers the following situations:

Order Delays

Refund if delivery exceeds:

45 days (United States)
60 days (International)
110 days (Brazil)

Refund also available if tracking does not update.

Delivered Orders

No refunds if tracking shows “delivered.”
Exception: you provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Requires photo or video evidence for approval.

Order Cancellation

Full refund if canceled before processing/shipping.
